Dry Sauna

A dry sauna is a room or a small enclosure used as a heated place to relax, typically made of wood. Its temperature is usually between 150-190 degrees Fahrenheit and has low humidity levels, as opposed to traditional wet saunas which produce steam through water poured onto hot
stones. Although conventional saunas are known for their therapeutic benefits, dry saunas can provide additional health benefits due to lower temperatures and lack of humidity.
